A Quranic prayer for a blessed place of arrival. It is especially meaningful when moving home, reaching a new city, beginning life somewhere unfamiliar, or asking for a safe and good arrival.
Recite it while moving into a home, arriving at a destination, relocating for work or study, or entering a new stage that comes with a change of place. The verse does not assign a ritual count.

Rabbi anzilni munzalan mubarakan wa anta khayru-l-munzilin.
My Lord, let me land at a blessed landing place, and You are the best to accommodate us.
Allah (SWT) taught Nuh (AS) this prayer in the account of the Ark. It asks for more than reaching land safely. It asks that the place of arrival itself be blessed.
That makes the wording useful whenever a move carries both hope and uncertainty. A blessed arrival includes safety, lawful provision, good neighbours, worship, and a life in that place that draws a person closer to Allah (SWT).
Can this be recited when moving into a new home?
Yes. Its words ask for a blessed place of arrival, so they fit a move or relocation even though the original Quranic setting is the account of Nuh (AS).
Is there a fixed housewarming ritual attached to it?
Quran 23:29 does not prescribe a count or special housewarming ritual. Recite it as sincere Du'a and begin the home with lawful, grateful living.
