The Prophet ﷺ said that his own supplications revolve around asking for Paradise and refuge from the Fire. Here are the simplest words for it, with the Quranic du'as of believers who asked for light, for a home near their Lord, and for good in both worlds.

Allahumma inni as'aluka-l-jannah, wa a'udhu bika mina-n-nar.
“O Allah, I ask You for Paradise, and I seek refuge in You from the Fire.”
Sunan Abi Dawud 792 (sahih)
A man told the Prophet ﷺ that after the tashahhud he simply asked for Paradise and refuge from the Fire, as he could not match the longer supplications of the Prophet ﷺ and Mu'adh. The Prophet ﷺ replied that their supplications revolve around the same. He ﷺ also said that whoever asks Allah (SWT) for Paradise three times, Paradise says: O Allah (SWT), admit him to Paradise; and whoever seeks refuge from the Fire three times, the Fire says: O Allah (SWT), protect him from the Fire (Jami at-Tirmidhi 2572, sahih).
“Our Lord, perfect for us our light and forgive us. Indeed, You are over all things competent.”
Quran 66:8

“Our Lord, You did not create this without purpose. Exalted are You, so protect us from the punishment of the Fire. Our Lord, whoever You admit to the Fire, You have disgraced him, and the wrongdoers will have no helpers. Our Lord, we have heard a caller calling to faith, saying, 'Believe in your Lord,' and we have believed. Our Lord, so forgive us our sins, remove from us our misdeeds, and cause us to die among the righteous. Our Lord, grant us what You promised us through Your messengers and do not disgrace us on the Day of Resurrection. Indeed, You do not fail in Your promise.”

“Our Lord, You have encompassed all things in mercy and knowledge, so forgive those who have repented and followed Your way, and protect them from the punishment of Hellfire. Our Lord, admit them to the Gardens of Eternity which You have promised them, along with whoever was righteous among their fathers, their spouses and their offspring. Whoever You protect from evil consequences on that Day, You have shown him mercy, and that is the great success.”
