Rabbana wasi'ta kulla shay'in: the angels' du'a for the believers

Quick answer

Our Lord, You have encompassed all things in mercy and knowledge, so forgive those who have repented and followed Your way, and protect them from the punishment of Hellfire. Our Lord, admit them to the Gardens of Eternity which You have promised them, along with whoever was righteous among their fathers, their spouses and their offspring. Indeed, You are the Exalted in Might, the Wise. And protect them from evil consequences. Whoever You protect from evil consequences on that Day, You have shown him mercy, and that is the great success.

When to recite

Allah (SWT) reveals that the angels who carry the Throne, and those around it, ask forgiveness for the believers in these words. Use it in personal du'a whenever its meaning matches what you are asking Allah (SWT) for. There is no fixed count unless one is established by a cited source.
