ثُمَّ تَوَلَّوْا۟ عَنْهُ وَقَالُوا۟ مُعَلَّمٌۭ مَّجْنُونٌ
Thumma tawallaw AAanhu waqaloomuAAallamun majnoon
"Then they turned away from him and said, "[He was] taught [and is] a madman.""
