Rabbana taqabbal minna
The prayer Ibrahim (AS) and Ismail (AS) made while raising the foundations of the Ka'bah. Even during a great act of worship, they asked Allah (SWT) to accept it.
Recite it after worship, charity, fasting, study, service, or any good work whose acceptance matters more than recognition. It is especially fitting after Ramadan and Hajj. The verse gives no fixed count.

Rabbana taqabbal minna, innaka anta-s-Sami'u-l-'Alim.
Our Lord, accept this from us. Indeed, You are the Hearing, the Knowing.
Ibrahim (AS) and Ismail (AS) were building the Ka'bah when they said these words. Their action was visibly noble, yet they did not assume that effort alone guaranteed acceptance.
The Du'a protects good deeds from self-satisfaction. A believer works carefully, then asks the One who hears every prayer and knows every intention to accept what was done.

It can be recited after any good deed or act of worship when asking Allah (SWT) for acceptance. No single occasion is required.
