ءَأَنتُمْ تَخْلُقُونَهُۥٓ أَمْ نَحْنُ ٱلْخَٰلِقُونَ
Aantum takhluqoonahu am nahnu alkhaliqoon
"Is it you who creates it, or are We the Creator?"
