Rabbana dhalamna, the du'a of Adam
Arabic
رَبَّنَا ظَلَمْنَا أَنفُسَنَا وَإِن لَّمْ تَغْفِرْ لَنَا وَتَرْحَمْنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ
Transliteration
Rabbana dhalamna anfusana, wa in lam taghfir lana wa tarhamna la-nakunanna mina-l-khasirin.
Translation
Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves, and if You do not forgive us and have mercy on us, we will surely be among the losers.

The first prayer of repentance, the words Adam and Hawa said after they slipped. The template for every tawba since.
