Yunus 10:107

Wa-in yamsaska Allahu bidurrinfala kashifa lahu illa huwa wa-in yuridkabikhayrin fala radda lifadlihi yuseebubihi man yashao min AAibadihi wahuwa alghafooru arraheem

And if Allāh should touch you with adversity, there is no remover of it except Him; and if He intends for you good, then there is no repeller of His bounty. He causes it to reach whom He wills of His servants. And He is the Forgiving, the Merciful.

If Allah touches you with harm, there is none who can remove it but Him. If He intends good for you, none can repel His bounty.

The living and the dead

Mathalu-lladhi yadhkuru Rabbahu wa-lladhi la yadhkuru Rabbahu, mathalu-l-hayyi wa-l-mayyit.

The example of one who remembers his Lord and one who does not is like the living and the dead.

Narrated by Abu Musa al-Ash'ari.
