Al-Mulk 67:15
هُوَ ٱلَّذِى جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلْأَرْضَ ذَلُولًا فَٱمْشُوا۟ فِى مَنَاكِبِهَا وَكُلُوا۟ مِن رِّزْقِهِۦ ۖ وَإِلَيْهِ ٱلنُّشُورُ

Huwa allathee jaAAala lakumu al-ardathaloolan famshoo fee manakibihawakuloo min rizqihi wa-ilayhi annushoor

It is He who made the earth tame for you - so walk among its slopes and eat of His provision - and to Him is the resurrection.

He has made the earth subservient for you, so walk in its slopes and eat of His provision. To Him is the resurrection.

Speak good, or be silent

مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلْيَقُلْ خَيْرًا أَوْ لِيَصْمُتْ

Man kana yu'minu billahi wa-l-yawmi-l-akhir fa-l-yaqul khayran aw li-yasmut.

Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him speak good or remain silent.

Narrated by Abu Hurayrah.
