Al-Qamar 54:49
إِنَّا كُلَّ شَىْءٍ خَلَقْنَـٰهُ بِقَدَرٍ
Inna kulla shay-in khalaqnahubiqadar
Indeed, all things We created with predestination.
Indeed, We have created everything by measure. Nothing in creation is random or careless.
