مَّا يَلْفِظُ مِن قَوْلٍ إِلَّا لَدَيْهِ رَقِيبٌ عَتِيدٌ

Ma yalfithu min qawlinilla ladayhi raqeebun AAateed

He [i.e., man] utters no word except that with him is an observer prepared [to record].

He utters not a word except that with him is an observer prepared. Every word, recorded.

Beloved deeds are constant

أَحَبُّ الْأَعْمَالِ إِلَى اللَّهِ أَدْوَمُهَا وَإِنْ قَلَّ

Ahabbu-l-a'mali ila-llahi adwamuha wa in qall.

The most beloved deeds to Allah are those done consistently, even if small.
