Luqman 31:19
وَٱقْصِدْ فِى مَشْيِكَ وَٱغْضُضْ مِن صَوْتِكَ ۚ إِنَّ أَنكَرَ ٱلْأَصْوَٰتِ لَصَوْتُ ٱلْحَمِيرِ

Waqsid fee mashyika waghdudmin sawtika inna ankara al-aswati lasawtualhameer

And be moderate in your pace and lower your voice; indeed, the most disagreeable of sounds is the voice of donkeys."

I would have ordered the siwak

لَوْلَا أَنْ أَشُقَّ عَلَى أُمَّتِي لَأَمَرْتُهُمْ بِالسِّوَاكِ عِنْدَ كُلِّ صَلَاةٍ

Lawla an ashuqqa ala ummati la-amartuhum bi-s-siwaki inda kulli salah.

If I were not to be hard on my Ummah, I would have ordered them to use the siwak before every prayer.
