Today's verse · truth

Al-Hajj 22:62

ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلْحَقُّ وَأَنَّ مَا يَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِهِۦ هُوَ ٱلْبَـٰطِلُ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلْعَلِىُّ ٱلْكَبِيرُ

Thalika bi-anna Allaha huwa alhaqquwaanna ma yadAAoona min doonihi huwa albatiluwaanna Allaha huwa alAAaliyyu alkabeer

That is because Allāh is the True Reality, and that which they call upon other than Him is falsehood, and because Allāh is the Most High, the Grand.

Allah is the Truth, and what they call upon other than Him is falsehood. Allah is the Most High, the Most Great.

Sahih al-Bukhari 6469, Sahih Muslim 2752

Mercy divided into a hundred

إِنَّ لِلَّهِ مِائَةَ رَحْمَةٍ، أَنْزَلَ مِنْهَا رَحْمَةً وَاحِدَةً بَيْنَ الْجِنِّ وَالْإِنْسِ وَالْبَهَائِمِ وَالْهَوَامِّ، وَأَخَّرَ تِسْعًا وَتِسْعِينَ رَحْمَةً يَرْحَمُ بِهَا عِبَادَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ

Inna lillahi mi'ata rahmah, anzala minha rahmatan wahidatan bayna-l-jinni wa-l-insi wa-l-baha'imi wa-l-hawamm, wa akhkhara tis'an wa tis'ina rahmatan yarhamu biha ibadahu yawma-l-qiyamah.

Allah has one hundred mercies. He sent down one between the jinn, mankind, the animals, and the insects. The remaining ninety-nine He has kept for the Day of Resurrection, when He will show mercy to His servants.
