Taha 20:131

Wala tamuddanna AAaynayka ilama mattaAAna bihi azwajan minhum zahrata alhayatiaddunya linaftinahum feehi warizqu rabbika khayrunwaabqa

And do not extend your eyes toward that by which We have given enjoyment to [some] categories of them, [its being but] the splendor of worldly life by which We test them. And the provision of your Lord is better and more enduring.

Do not extend your eyes toward what We have given for enjoyment to pairs of them, the splendour of worldly life. The provision of your Lord is better and more enduring.

The believer who recites the Qur'an

Mathalu-l-mu'mini-lladhi yaqra'u-l-Qur'ana mathalu-l-utrujjah, rihuha tayyibun wa ta'muha tayyib, wa mathalu-l-mu'mini-lladhi la yaqra'u-l-Qur'ana mathalu-t-tamrah, la riha laha wa ta'muha hulw.

The believer who recites the Qur'an is like a citron: its fragrance is sweet and its taste is sweet. The believer who does not recite the Qur'an is like a date: it has no fragrance, but its taste is sweet.

Narrated by Abu Musa al-Ash'ari.
