نٓ ۚ وَٱلْقَلَمِ وَمَا يَسْطُرُونَ
Noon walqalami wama yasturoon
Nūn. By the pen and what they inscribe,
Nun. By the pen and what they inscribe. The verse that opens Surah al-Qalam with the dignity of writing.

أَنْ تَصَدَّقَ وَأَنْتَ صَحِيحٌ شَحِيحٌ، تَخْشَى الْفَقْرَ وَتَأْمُلُ الْغِنَى
An tasaddaqa wa anta sahihun shahih, takhsha-l-faqra wa ta'mulu-l-ghina.
[Asked which charity has the greatest reward, he said:] That you give while you are healthy and reluctant to part with it, fearing poverty and hoping for wealth.
