Al-Qasas 28:56

Innaka la tahdee man ahbabtawalakinna Allaha yahdee man yashao wahuwaaAAlamu bilmuhtadeen

Indeed, [O Muḥammad], you do not guide whom you like, but Allāh guides whom He wills. And He is most knowing of the [rightly] guided.

Indeed, you cannot guide whom you love, but Allah guides whom He wills. He is most knowing of the rightly guided.

Sahih Muslim 2626

Do not belittle any good

La tahqiranna mina-l-ma'rufi shay'an, wa law an talqa akhaka bi-wajhin talq.

Do not belittle any good deed, even meeting your brother with a cheerful face.
