Al-Isra 17:24

Wakhfid lahuma janahaaththulli mina arrahmati waqulrabbi irhamhuma kama rabbayanee sagheera

And lower to them the wing of humility out of mercy and say, "My Lord, have mercy upon them as they brought me up [when I was] small."

Lower the wing of humility to your parents out of mercy, and say: My Lord, have mercy on them as they raised me when I was small.

Today's hadith · neighbours
Sahih al-Bukhari 6014, Sahih Muslim 2625

Gabriel kept reminding me of the neighbour

Ma zala Jibrilu yusini bi-l-jari hatta dhanantu annahu sa-yuwarrithuh.

Jibreel kept advising me about the neighbour until I thought he would make him an heir.

Narrated by Aisha.
