Yusuf 12:53

Wama obarri-o nafsee inna annafsalaammaratun bissoo-i illa ma rahimarabbee inna rabbee ghafoorun raheem

And I do not acquit myself. Indeed, the soul is a persistent enjoiner of evil, except those upon which my Lord has mercy. Indeed, my Lord is Forgiving and Merciful."

I do not absolve myself; indeed, the soul is a persistent enjoiner of evil, except those on whom my Lord has mercy.

Sahih Muslim 2720

A prayer for this world and the next

Allahumma aslih li dini-lladhi huwa 'ismatu amri, wa aslih li dunyaya-llati fiha ma'ashi, wa aslih li akhirati-llati fiha ma'adi.

O Allah, set right for me my religion which is the safeguard of my affairs; set right for me my world in which is my livelihood; and set right for me my Hereafter to which is my return.
