Az-Zukhruf 43:54

فَٱسْتَخَفَّ قَوْمَهُۥ فَأَطَاعُوهُ ۚ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا۟ قَوْمًۭا فَٰسِقِينَ
Fastakhaffa qawmahu faataAAoohuinnahum kanoo qawman fasiqeen
"So he bluffed his people, and they obeyed him. Indeed, they were [themselves] a people defiantly disobedient [of Allāh]."
