Ash-Shuraa 42:19
ٱللَّهُ لَطِيفٌۢ بِعِبَادِهِۦ يَرْزُقُ مَن يَشَآءُ ۖ وَهُوَ ٱلْقَوِىُّ ٱلْعَزِيزُ
Allahu lateefun biAAibadihiyarzuqu man yashao wahuwa alqawiyyu alAAazeez
"Allāh is Subtle with His servants; He gives provision to whom He wills. And He is the Powerful, the Exalted in Might."

Allah is Kind to His servants. He provides for whom He wills — and He is the Strong, the Mighty.
