الْبَيِّنَةُ عَلَى الْمُدَّعِي، وَالْيَمِينُ عَلَى مَنْ أَنْكَرَ
Transliteration

Al-bayyinatu 'ala-l-mudda'i, wa-l-yaminu 'ala man ankar.

Translation

The burden of proof is on the claimant, and the oath is on the one who denies.
