إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَتَبَ الْإِحْسَانَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ

Transliteration

Inna-llaha kataba-l-ihsana 'ala kulli shay'.

Translation

Allah has prescribed excellence (ihsan) in everything — so when you slaughter, slaughter well; sharpen your blade and give ease to what you slaughter.
