مَا نَهَيْتُكُمْ عَنْهُ فَاجْتَنِبُوهُ، وَمَا أَمَرْتُكُمْ بِهِ فَأْتُوا مِنْهُ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ
Transliteration

Ma nahaytukum 'anhu fa-jtanibuh, wa ma amartukum bihi fa-'tu minhu ma-stata'tum.

Translation

What I have forbidden you from, avoid it. What I have commanded you, do as much of it as you can.
