خَيْرُكُمْ مَنْ تَعَلَّمَ الْقُرْآنَ وَعَلَّمَهُ
Transliteration
Khayrukum man ta'allama-l-qur'ana wa allamah.
Translation
The best of you is the one who learns the Qur'an and teaches it.
