Allah has prescribed excellence in everything
إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَتَبَ الْإِحْسَانَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ
Inna-llaha kataba-l-ihsana 'ala kulli shay'.
Allah has prescribed excellence (ihsan) in everything, so when you slaughter, slaughter well; sharpen your blade and give ease to what you slaughter.
