أَفْضَلُ الصَّدَقَةِ عَلَى ذِي الرَّحِمِ الْكَاشِحِ

Afdalu-s-sadaqati ala dhi-r-rahimi-l-kashih.

The best charity is to the relative who harbours animosity.
