An-Nahl 16:18

Wa-in taAAuddoo niAAmata Allahi latuhsooha inna Allaha laghafoorun raheem

And if you should count the favors of Allāh, you could not enumerate them. Indeed, Allāh is Forgiving and Merciful.

If you tried to count the blessings of Allah, you could never count them. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

Sahih al-Bukhari 5678

Allah does not hurt except to heal

Ma anzala-llahu da'an illa anzala lahu shifa'.

Allah has not sent down a disease without sending down a cure for it.

Narrated by Abu Hurayrah.
