إِنَّمَآ أَمْرُهُۥٓ إِذَآ أَرَادَ شَيْـًٔا أَن يَقُولَ لَهُۥ كُن فَيَكُونُ
Innama amruhu itha aradashay-an an yaqoola lahu kun fayakoon
His command is only when He intends a thing that He says to it, "Be," and it is.
His command, when He intends a thing, is only that He says to it Be, and it is.
