An-Nahl 16:53
وَمَا بِكُم مِّن نِّعْمَةٍ فَمِنَ ٱللَّهِ ۖ ثُمَّ إِذَا مَسَّكُمُ ٱلضُّرُّ فَإِلَيْهِ تَجْـَٔرُونَ

Wama bikum min niAAmatin famina Allahithumma itha massakumu addurru fa-ilayhitaj-aroon

And whatever you have of favor - it is from Allāh. Then when adversity touches you, to Him you cry for help.

The fast of Arafah

صِيَامُ يَوْمِ عَرَفَةَ يُكَفِّرُ السَّنَةَ الْمَاضِيَةَ وَالسَّنَةَ الْآتِيَةَ

Siyamu yawmi 'Arafata yukaffiru-s-sanata-l-madiyata wa-s-sanata-l-atiyah.

Fasting the day of Arafah expiates the sins of the past year and the coming year.
