تَنزِيلُ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْحَكِيمِ
Tanzeelu alkitabi mina AllahialAAazeezi alhakeem
"The revelation of the Book is from Allāh, the Exalted in Might, the Wise."
