What does Najasah mean?
نَجَاسَة
Najasah
Physical impurity that must be removed before prayer.
Najasah explained
Najasah includes urine, faeces, blood in quantity and similar substances. Clothing, body and the place of prayer must be free of it, and washing removes it. It is different from hadath, the ritual state that wudu or ghusl lifts.
