Dhikr explained
Dhikr includes SubhanAllah, Alhamdulillah, Allahu Akbar, La ilaha illa Allah, salawat on the Prophet ﷺ, and reciting the Quran. The Quran says that in the remembrance of Allah hearts find rest, and the Prophet ﷺ compared the one who remembers his Lord to the living and the one who does not to the dead.
