اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ النَّاسِ، أَذْهِبِ الْبَأْسَ، اشْفِهِ وَأَنْتَ الشَّافِي، لَا شِفَاءَ إِلَّا شِفَاؤُكَ، شِفَاءً لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا
Allahumma Rabba-n-nas, adhhibi-l-ba's, ishfihi wa Anta-sh-Shafi. La shifa'a illa shifa'uk, shifa'an la yughadiru saqama.
O Allah (SWT), Lord of mankind, remove the suffering and heal, for You are the Healer. There is no healing except Your healing, a healing that leaves no illness behind.

I ask Allah (SWT) the Magnificent, Lord of the Magnificent Throne, to cure you.

Bismi-llahi arqik, min kulli shay'in yu'dhik, min sharri kulli nafsin aw 'ayni hasid. Allahu yashfik. Bismi-llahi arqik.
In the name of Allah (SWT), I perform ruqyah for you from everything that harms you, from the evil of every soul or envious eye. May Allah (SWT) cure you. In the name of Allah (SWT), I perform ruqyah for you.

Allahumma inni a'udhu bika mina-l-hammi wa-l-hazan, wa-l-'ajzi wa-l-kasal, wa-l-jubni wa-l-bukhl, wa dala'i-d-dayn, wa ghalabati-r-rijal.
O Allah (SWT), I seek refuge in You from worry and grief, incapacity and laziness, cowardice and miserliness, the burden of debt, and being overpowered by people.
