مَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ دَاءً إِلَّا أَنْزَلَ لَهُ شِفَاءً
Transliteration
Ma anzala-llahu da'an illa anzala lahu shifa'.
Translation
Allah has not sent down a disease without sending down a cure for it.
