لَا تُسْرِفْ فِي الْمَاءِ وَإِنْ كُنْتَ عَلَى نَهْرٍ جَارٍ
Transliteration

La tusrif fi-l-ma'i wa in kunta 'ala naharin jar.

Translation

Do not waste water, even if you are at a flowing river.
