طَلَبُ الْعِلْمِ فَرِيضَةٌ عَلَى كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ
Transliteration
Talabu-l-'ilmi faridatun 'ala kulli muslim.
Translation
Seeking knowledge is an obligation upon every Muslim.
