خَيْرُ يَوْمٍ طَلَعَتْ عَلَيْهِ الشَّمْسُ يَوْمُ الْجُمُعَةِ
Transliteration

Khayru yawmin tala'at 'alayhi-sh-shamsu yawmu-l-jumu'ah.

Translation

The best day on which the sun rises is Friday.

Narrated by Abu Hurayrah·Sahih Muslim 854
Reflection

The hadith continues: on it Adam was created, entered paradise, and was sent down. Friday is a full-weight gift — treat it that way.
