أَفْضَلُ الْجِهَادِ كَلِمَةُ عَدْلٍ عِنْدَ سُلْطَانٍ جَائِرٍ

Transliteration

Afdalu-l-jihadi kalimatu adlin inda sultanin ja'ir.

Translation

The best jihad is a word of justice spoken to a tyrannical ruler.

Narrated by Abu Sa'id al-Khudri·Sunan at-Tirmidhi 2174, Sunan Abi Dawud 4344
