أَفْضَلُ الصَّدَقَةِ عَلَى ذِي الرَّحِمِ الْكَاشِحِ
Transliteration
Afdalu-s-sadaqati ala dhi-r-rahimi-l-kashih.
Translation
The best charity is to the relative who harbours animosity.
