طَلَبُ الْعِلْمِ فَرِيضَةٌ عَلَى كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ
Transliteration
Talabu-l-ilmi faridatun ala kulli muslim.

Seeking knowledge is an obligation upon every Muslim.
