The strong one controls his anger
لَيْسَ الشَّدِيدُ بِالصُّرَعَةِ، إِنَّمَا الشَّدِيدُ الَّذِي يَمْلِكُ نَفْسَهُ عِنْدَ الْغَضَبِ
Laysa-sh-shadidu bi-s-sura'ah, innama-sh-shadidu-lladhi yamliku nafsahu inda-l-ghadab.
"The strong one is not the one who throws others down. The strong one is the one who controls himself when angry."

A short reflection
Strength is redefined. Not muscles, not winning. The man who can pause the rising temperature in his own chest is the strong one.
