The strong one controls themselves in anger

لَيْسَ الشَّدِيدُ بِالصُّرَعَةِ، إِنَّمَا الشَّدِيدُ الَّذِي يَمْلِكُ نَفْسَهُ عِنْدَ الْغَضَبِ

Laysa-sh-shadidu bi-s-sura'ah, innama-sh-shadidu-lladhi yamliku nafsahu 'inda-l-ghadab.

"The strong one is not the one who overpowers others in wrestling. The strong one is the one who controls himself when angry."
