Eat suhoor for the barakah
تَسَحَّرُوا فَإِنَّ فِي السَّحُورِ بَرَكَةً
Tasahharu fa-inna fi-s-sahuri barakah.
"Eat suhoor, for in suhoor there is blessing."

A short reflection
Even a sip of water counts, the Prophet ﷺ said elsewhere. The barakah is in the act of getting up before dawn for Him.
