Charity doesn't decrease wealth
مَا نَقَصَتْ صَدَقَةٌ مِنْ مَالٍ، وَمَا زَادَ اللَّهُ عَبْدًا بِعَفْوٍ إِلَّا عِزًّا، وَمَا تَوَاضَعَ أَحَدٌ لِلَّهِ إِلَّا رَفَعَهُ اللَّهُ
Ma naqasat sadaqatun min mal, wa ma zada-llahu 'abdan bi-'afwin illa 'izza, wa ma tawada'a ahadun lillahi illa rafa'ahu-llah.
"Charity does not decrease wealth. No servant forgives without Allah adding to his honour. No one humbles himself for Allah's sake without Allah raising him."
