Eat with your right
إِذَا أَكَلَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَأْكُلْ بِيَمِينِهِ، وَإِذَا شَرِبَ فَلْيَشْرَبْ بِيَمِينِهِ، فَإِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ يَأْكُلُ بِشِمَالِهِ وَيَشْرَبُ بِشِمَالِهِ
Idha akala ahadukum fa-l-ya'kul bi-yaminih, wa idha shariba fa-l-yashrab bi-yaminih, fa-inna-sh-shaytana ya'kulu bi-shimalihi wa yashrabu bi-shimalih.
"When one of you eats, let him eat with his right hand. When he drinks, let him drink with his right. Satan eats with his left and drinks with his left."

A short reflection
The right is for honoured things. Eating, giving, receiving. The instruction is small and forms a constant rhythm through the day.
