Patience is at the first strike
إِنَّمَا الصَّبْرُ عِنْدَ الصَّدْمَةِ الْأُولَى
Innama-s-sabru 'inda-s-sadmati-l-ula.
"Patience is at the first strike."

A short reflection
The Prophet ﷺ saw a woman grieving wildly at a grave, didn't recognize him, and told her to have patience. The real sabr is at the first blow, when nothing in you wants to.
