Gabriel kept reminding me of the neighbour
مَا زَالَ جِبْرِيلُ يُوصِينِي بِالْجَارِ حَتَّى ظَنَنْتُ أَنَّهُ سَيُوَرِّثُهُ
Ma zala Jibrilu yusini bi-l-jari hatta dhanantu annahu sa-yuwarrithuh.
"Jibreel kept advising me about the neighbour until I thought he would make him an heir."

A short reflection
Inheritance is for blood. The angel sent down with revelation made the case for the neighbour again and again, until the Prophet ﷺ braced for him to be put in the will.
