Mondays and Thursdays
تُعْرَضُ الْأَعْمَالُ يَوْمَ الِاثْنَيْنِ وَالْخَمِيسِ، فَأُحِبُّ أَنْ يُعْرَضَ عَمَلِي وَأَنَا صَائِمٌ
Tu'radu-l-a'malu yawma-l-ithnayni wa-l-khamis, fa-uhibbu an yu'rada amali wa ana sa'im.
"Deeds are presented on Monday and Thursday, so I love that my deeds be presented while I am fasting."

A short reflection
Two days a week, the books are opened. The Prophet ﷺ wanted to be in mid-fast on those days. A small habit, deeply chosen.
