Allah has prescribed excellence in everything
إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَتَبَ الْإِحْسَانَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ
Inna-llaha kataba-l-ihsana 'ala kulli shay'.
"Allah has prescribed excellence (ihsan) in everything — so when you slaughter, slaughter well; sharpen your blade and give ease to what you slaughter."

A short reflection
If it applies even to slaughter, it applies to every task. Ihsan is the texture of the believer's work.
