Hasten to break the fast
لَا يَزَالُ النَّاسُ بِخَيْرٍ مَا عَجَّلُوا الْفِطْرَ
La yazalu-n-nasu bi-khayrin ma ajjalu-l-fitr.
"The people will remain in goodness as long as they hasten to break the fast."

The Sunnah is to break with a date or water the moment the call is made, not minutes after. Hold to the time the Prophet ﷺ held to.
